Monthly Stay

Monthly Stay

  • Long-term guests are welcome at Valley Glen! These are on a month-to-month basis and are not considered a Landlord/Tenant agreement.
  • Please call or stop by our office for stays over 30 days. These cannot be booked online.
  • Criminal background checks will be required for all long-term adult guests. These are done by a 3rd party company. Results are confidential and will be reviewed and determined by management.
  • Stays longer than 30 days will require a $100 deposit, refunded on check out provided there are no outstanding bills or fees due and at least a 7 day notice is given.
  • Payment is due on the 1st of each month for the current month or at check-in for partial months. A late fee of $25 is incurred after the 6th of each month. Non-payment by the 10th of the month may result in dismissal from the premises.
  • Monthly rates are for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per site. Additional guests will incur a $50/month fee each to cover utility and maintenance costs.
    Your friendly pets are always welcome here as well! A pet fee of $10/month per dog will be added to cover pet supply and maintenance costs. General pet policies also apply.
  • Electricity is metered at each site for actual usage. Meters will be read and actual usage billed monthly (or at check out) at current rates and added to your monthly bill. Eligible deposits may be applied to the last month’s electric bill at check out.
  • We will make every effort to stay an affordable option for our long-term guests. However, monthly rates are subject to change due to market conditions. Sufficient notice will be given prior to any rate increases, usually 1-2 months.
